MUSIC THERAPY
LA VERNE JACKSON MEMORIAL MUSIC THERAPY SCHOLARSHIP
$1,500 awarded on the basis of evidence that the applicant is enrolled in an accredited music therapy program and will be doing a pre-internship/internship with a special population.
Enclose letter or document showing acceptance from pre-internship/internship clinical training director; a written paper stating reason for pursuit of music therapy career, personal strengths in this area, pre-internship/internship project, and population preference. Letters of recommendation should be from a music therapy professor and a clinical training or on-site work supervisor.
